Coal’s story hasn’t been the easiest. After spending most of his first two years living outdoors, he was surrendered this past May. Now safe and cared for, Coal is ready to find the loving indoor home he deserves.

Coal is under 3 years old, weighs about 5 kg, and is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV+. (FIV-positive cats can live long, happy, full lives with proper care!)

He loves being brushed and handled — even for his ears and nail trims. Coal can be timid at first, but once he feels safe, his gentle and sweet personality really shines.

Coal’s ideal home:

- Quiet and patient
- Must have another cat (he truly thrives with feline companionship)
- No dogs preferred
